PERRY MANN and his EXOTIC EROTIC BALL team has joined forces with TIKI TOM PRODUCTIONS to produce the first-ever SPRING SHWING, a sexy and fun-filled April Fool's Extravaganza. Spring Shwing takes place on Saturday evening, March 31, 2007 (April Fool's Eve), at the Area 51 Event Center in Alameda, an indoor-outdoor East Bay venue with a magnificent 180-degree view of the San Francisco Bay and city skyline.

"Our Bay Area Ball audience is going to absolutely love Spring Shwing," says Mann, who founded the Exotic Erotic Ball 28 years ago and built it into a global happening, a highly acclaimed "Celebration of Flesh, Freedom, and Fantasy", and - according to E! Entertainment TV - ' The World's Wildest and Sexiest Party.' "For years, the #1 request I've received - over and over - is to produce a second event for the Bay Area during the springtime. I've always wanted to do it, but it had to be right. We picked the East Bay because it has always been hugely supportive of the Ball, and the views of San Francisco from Area 51 are breathtaking! So to all who requested a Ball in the Spring - here it is."

In true exotic erotic fashion, Spring Shwing will dole out some deliciously delightful and decadent distractions, mixing live musical performances and hot local DJs with erotic burlesque, exotic dance, circus sideshows, playful interactive fun, plus fantasy, fetish, and all-out naughtiness. But - whereas October's Exotic Erotic Ball plays upon the erotic costuming of Halloween, Spring Shwing will instead play upon the mischievous antics of April Fool's, which means irreverent humor, practical jokes, titillating tomfoolery, and lots of added tongue-in-cheek (and you can decide which cheek).

Q. How old do you need to be to go to Spring Shwing?
A. 21 and over - with ID, please.

Q. Can I take still pictures?
A. Yes, you can take still pictures. Cameras and celphone still cameras are allowed. Side note: If you take any really good shots that you think we would want to feature on our site please submit them to info@springshwing.com . We will credit you where ever possible.

Q. Can I shoot video?
A. Nope, sorry, not unless you work for us or you are with an approved media outlet, with necessary credentials. Side note: If you're with the media please contact Chris at PR That Rocks: chris@prthatrocks.com .

Q. Do I need to dress up for Spring Shwing and if so, in what fashion?
A. Dress code is sexy and/or silly. The dress-up is not a requirement, but it is a big part of our shows. You don't have to go all out with a costume, but we highly recommend everyone dressing in lingerie, pajamas, fetish, masquerade or whatever you think makes you look your sexiest. For Spring Shwing - there is also the April Fool's component - so feel free to also dress silly. Side note: We will be holding contests for sexiest and silliest uotfits - male and female- and there will be prizes. Everyone who attends is welcome to try and qualify.

Q. What should I wear to Spring Shwing?
A. See - this question is so important, we asked it twice. Wear lingerie, fetish attire, masquerade, pajamas or something that makes you look outrageously sexy or goofy or preposterous!

Q. Is nudity allowed?
A. We post signs everywhere that say, No Nudity...but do people listen? We sure wish they did. No public nudity, please. Remember to carry your ID if you want to drink alcohol.

Q. "Is groping allowed?"
A. No, dude, you just can't start groping people. Try to imagine that you had a normal upbringing for a minute - would you want people indiscriminately groping you? We'll answer that for you - no, you would not. At Spring Shwing, the operative word is respect. If you keep in mind that lots of people are feeling sexy and aroused, then you will realize that it is OK to ask someone if you can touch. Yes - it is OK to ask. But respect the answer. If it's not the answer you wanted, then ask someone else. Remember - if you grope, you leave. But - if it is consensual, then ... well, then it's not really groping, it's ... fondling.

Q. Should I buy a General Admission ticket or a VIP ticket to the Ball?
A. The General Admission ticket will allow you access to the main stages, including the main stage with the musical acts & dj's, plus the burlesque stage with the exotic & erotic performances, plus all booths and exhibits. The VIP ticket will allow you the following extras.

Q. Will there be a place for me to check my coat?
A. Yes.

Q. Is there a special place to park?
A. There is tons of parking immwediately proximal to the site. There are no in & outs from the show, and once your car leaves the parking lot, you'd have to pay to come back in. But there are plenty of spots.

Q. Is there a special place to park for the Expo or Ball?
A. There is ample parking and this service is provided by the venues, not by us. There are no in & outs from the Ball or with your car in the parking lot, or you have to pay again . But there are plenty of spots .

HISTORY OF THE EXOTIC EROTIC BALL

... there was Louis Abolafia and his good friend Perry Mann. They made their dwellings in the Land by the Bay. One day, Louis approached Perry and said: "I want to run for President. I will be the candidate from the Nudist Party. Will you help me do this?" Perry was puzzled: "Please tell me, Louis, why is it that you wish to run for President under the Nudist Party?" Louis responded: "It is because I have nothing to hide." Perry smiled and said: "I will help you."

To help finance Louis' candidacy, Perry created an event that celebrated freedom, the right to choose, and the right to be as one chooses to be. This is widely known as freedom of expression. People came to Perry's event in the land by the Bay to experience this freedom of expression, and they rejoiced. And the Exotic Erotic Ball was born.

And Perry looked unto the Exotic Erotic Ball, and he saw that it was good. And so he nurtured it, and it became fruitful and it grew.

Years would pass, and times would change. But the Exotic Erotic Ball remained strong, and it became a veritable part of the Land by the Bay. The event that was first celebrated by only a few grew into an event celebrated by hundreds, then thousands, until it came to pass that over ten thousand strong came from all parts to partake in the freedoms and merriment that was the Exotic Erotic Ball. And they rejoiced, and their voices were heard. And the fire department said "well, that's about all the people we can pretty much fit in this here building." But Perry Mann said: "This is about freedom of expression. Everyone who wishes to partake in that must have that chance. For on this night, at the Exotic Erotic Ball, we are all special and unique, and Everyone is a Star. If I must find a larger building, so be it."

AREA 51

Area 51 is part of Alameda Island, which has become well known for the staging of the three MATRIX movies, where the MYTHBUSTERS have become fond of blowing things up, and so on. Area 51 contains over 40,000 square feet of indoor space and an infinite amount of outdoor space for smokers, streakers, and stargazers.

AREA 51 is 3 minutes away from Interstate 880, First Exit off Bay Bridge.
