and welcome to the Official Website of Spring Shwing. Spring
Shwing takes place on Saturday Night, March 31st, at Area
51 in Alameda. We're calling it a nite of lust, libation,
and laughter!
Some of the laughter comes from the hilarious hijinks we're
planning, because at midnight - March 31st
becomes April 1st ... and that means April Fool's.
So if you like mingling with sexy hunks and hotties in a spicy
seductive setting, with salacious and stimulating entertainment
and some silliness on the side, we'll see you at Spring Shwing.
If that mixture does not appeal to you for some reason, well
... there's always therapy.
My name is Perry Mann and I am producing
Spring Shwing along with my buddy Tiki Tom. If my name
sounds familiar to you, it's because I also produce the Exotic
Erotic Ball. And the #1 request I receive every year after
the Ball, over and over, is to please produce a second Bay
Area event in the Springtime. So to all those that requested
it - WELCOME TO SPRING SHWING!
Spring Shwing will feature a lot of what you see at the Ball,
but it's more intimate. The Ball has grown into a global event,
and people attend from all over. My goal with Spring Shwing
is to keep it a Bay Area event, showcasing top local talent,
with lots of special guests, of course.
If you've attended the Ball, you'll love Spring Shwing. If
you've never attended the Ball, but have been intrigued to
do so, Spring Shwing is a great place to (pick one: take a
maiden voyage, break some new ground, or - dare I say it -
pop your cherry).
Much like the Ball, Spring Shwing is all
about flesh, fantasy, and fun on the surface - but
it's also about freedom of expression, love, and respect.
Let's face it - it's freedom, love and respect that allows
an event like Spring Shwing to take place.
Many years ago, my late partner Louis coined the famous phrase
"Make Love, Not War", and
we created the Ball, and the Shwing, as an extension of that
philosophy. Make Love, Not War became the battle cry of our
entire youth culture many years ago, but it's never been a
truer, more appropriate message than it is today.
If anything in this world is worth celebrating, it's freedom.
I couldn't have picked a better date than April Fool's, and
Area 51 - just outside the city - has a breathtaking
view of the SF skyline. We'll see you all at Spring Shwing!
